There are so many reasons to work one on one with me!
Here are just a few reasons why personal training is important:

You may need to learn proper form so you can take a class, or workout on your own.
You may have a specific goal you want to reach, and you know this is the most efficient way to reach it.
You may be uncomfortable in a gym atmosphere, and feel more comfortable working one on one in your home.
You may be short on time, and know this is the most best use of your time, and the fastest way for you to get fit.

How it works.

I will meet with you first to see where you are, what your goals are, and what your injuries may be. Then, we’ll meet 1-2x a week depending on what works for you. We’ll meet at your home, or in a park. I bring all the equipment, you just bring a good attitude!

Our sessions are an hour including warm-up and cool-down. All my workouts are written on Google Docs so if you ever want to have it sent to you, you can have it! I’d love for you to do it on your own!

You don’t have to be scared to work with me, I’ll meet you where you are.

Personal Training is $60 per hour.
