
What to
expect.
Our small group personal training workouts are designed to use the most effective exercise drills to maximize your workouts from head to toe! Each class is different and incorporates our outdoor gym of benches, trails, hills, stairs etc.
What to
bring.
Bring your hand weights, a mat, light gloves and a water bottle and be ready for a great workout! Instructor will have a few loaner weights, however, please try to bring your own.
When is
class?
We meet up to 6 mornings a week at Golden Gardens and Phinney Neighborhood Association.
Class is held rain or shine but it rarely rains on us!
We have places to keep dry at the parks so no worries!
