Nutrition Coaching

I believe in the big picture, and being able to eat healthy long term. I don’t believe in restriction or diets, and we will focus on the positive and what works for you as an individual client.

I will focus on foods you love that can help you become a fitter, stronger, healthier you to take on the life that you lead with more energy.

Nutrition feels broad, doesn’t it?  
Here is what my coaching philosophy sounds like:

-I love food, and want you to also!  I want you to eat the rainbow of veggies, and get enough lean protein, and drink enough water.  But I try to stick with POSITIVITY. We don’t talk too much about restrictions, or bad foods. We’ll talk about the foods I want you to eat!  And how to make it in your daily habits to eat them!

-I believe in helping you reach YOUR goals, so we will talk a lot about how to define your goal, and then how to reach it by working towards it everyday.  This is not a one size fits all plan, I will work with you on how to reach your very specific goal that works for you!

-I will be helping you create a lifetime plan, not a diet.  I want us to work together to create something that can be sustainable forever!  Not something that you white knuckle for two months and then hop off of as soon as you can.  We want long term change!


I did Claire’s Nutrition Group at the start of the year and it really helped me to get my health goals in order and jump start a healthier lifestyle (while still being really fun and stress-free). HIGHLY RECOMMEND doing her program.

I love these groups so much!  This is for those of you who need and love having support and community to help you through the process of starting the journey to getting healthier and reaching your goals.  They are 6 weeks, and really are SO FUN!

This is great for those who want more individualized help reaching their goals.  
We will meet weekly to work towards your goals.

• A home visit to check out your kitchen!
• A notebook that will include resources, your food log, your goal setting sheet, and your progress card.
• Email access with any questions
• Private FB access with loads of resources, articles and recipes!

Pricing: $600 for 3 months, or $1100 for 6 months (best deal!)
